The Jekyll Island Project (JIP) was a success! Numerous Freedom Keepers gathered to express political grievances toward preserving the Constitution. JIP culminated in the organization of Continental Congress 2009. Attendees and general information on JIP can be found here. Continental Congress 2009 (CC2009) was formed to determine legal and peaceful means to stop the violations of The Constitution of the united states of America and to restore Constitutional governance. It produced the profound document called "The Articles of Freedom". More information on CC2009 can be found here or here.

Michael Badnarik first began studying the Constitution in 1983, while managing the Braidwood Nuclear Simulator project. In his next assignment, he earned a Secret Security clearance at the Northrop facility charged with developing the Stealth Bomber. His next challenge was training hundreds of employees to use state-of-the-art computer systems at PG&Es Diablo Canyon nuclear plant. His natural talent for speaking and teaching led him to develop his Constitution class. He was the Libertarian Party nominee for President of the United States in 2004 and is the current President of Continental Congress.

Ever wonder where and when all the "Tea Parties" began. It began July 12, 2008. Organized by numerous Freedom Keepers and Constitutionalists, many of whom later took part in the Jekyll Island Project. This single event sparked later events which have to some extent been duplicated by Conservative organizations fueled by some corporate sponsored media. From Revolution March on DC to 1.5 Million people in the streets of DC here recently, the organizers of Revolution March should be proud and we are glad to have them with us supporting the Articles of Freedom.
